About the Role
Job Roles: We have a job opening for the Senior HR and Admin Executive role:

Responsibilities:
- Provide full spectrum of HR and administrative support.
- Assist in full-cycle recruitment from job posting, sourcing, interviewing, reference checks, offer negotiation, contract signing and onboarding for new joins.
- Coordinating the induction and orientation for new employees and handling exit clearance procedures.
- Maintain accurate HR database and up-to-date employee records.
- Monitor and administer work pass application, renewal and cancellation related matters.
- Ensure timely & accurate submissions in all government and related claims, e.g. CPF, Childcare Leave, Maternity/Paternity Leave, NS makeup claims, income tax (IR8A & IR21) matters, etc.
- Perform leave administration and overtime computation.
General administrative duties including documentation, filing and updating of data.
- Plan and manage training related matters.
Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
min Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent
min 5 years of relevant work experience as a HR Generalist and strong in recruitment
Experience implementing HRMS system
Able to work independently
Good team player
Experience in IT companies and/or startups will be added advantage
Speaking both English and Chinese will be added advantage
